ABOUT HEATHER AMBROSE

Your Local Property Consultant

As a former professional snowboarder, founder/owner of Real Surf Shop, Inc., in Oceanside, as well as a top producer and award-winning sales manager for a Fortune 500 company, Heather is the perfect example of someone who understands that takes hard work, dedication and drive to achieve your goals.

Heather brings all of these qualities and more to ensure her clients receive only exceptional service throughout every step of the transaction. A resident of San Diego’s North County since 2000, Heather believes communication and understanding an individual’s needs and values are the keys to a successful partnership.

As an Office Administrator for Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in the Fairbanks Ranch and Del Rayo offices since 2017, Heather is well versed with Sotheby’s International Realty’s innovative marketing and technology tools, often training agents how to utilize to ensure their clients are getting the very best exposure for their properties. She is well known within the Pacific Sotheby International Realty family for her initiative, leadership and problem-solving abilities. As a result, Heather is enthusiastic to continue working for the agency as a REALTOR to create a first class experience for those either buying or selling a home or investment property.

A landlord herself, Heather navigates clients through the often complex sales and buying process with a team player attitude and a positive demeanor. Her attention to detail, competitive spirit and strong negotiation skills make her an indispensable representative to have for her clients.

A graduate of the University of Phoenix/University of Colorado, Heather earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in eCommerce Business as well as a degree in Spanish. When not working with her clients, Heather enjoys being outside with her daughter bike riding, or heading to Mammoth in the winter to snowboard and ski. She is very involved in her daughter’s school and attending local events such as concerts by the beach and her favorite farmer’s market.
